The Waldsiedlung in Hanau-Großauheim is a popular, quiet residential area. A forest area separates the residential area with its well-kept apartment and single-family houses from the industrial park Hanau-Wolfgang.
Popular walking and jogging paths start just a few steps behind the house. A new shopping centre can be easily reached by bicycle or in a few minutes by car (shopping centre Argonner Park).
Short Profile of Hanau
With close to 100,000 inhabitants, Hanau is the economic heart of the Main-Kinzig region and an important industrial location at the edge of the Rhein-Main area. The accesses to the motorways A45, A66 and A3 are at a driving distance of approx. 5 minutes and take you in all directions. Thus, you can reach the city centre of Frankfurt/Main or the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Airport in about 30 minutes driving time. The main station of Hanau has an ICE connection and, for example, regular ICE connections to Berlin, as well as a suburban railway connection to Frankfurt/Main or Offenbach/Main every few minutes.

The rental price is calculated for 1 person. For an additional person the rent increases by € 100,-/month.
Bedding & Towels
The apartment is furnished with a solid bed and firm high-quality mattress. Please bring along your own bedding and your own towels.
Optional Service
If you wish, we can provide you with new bedding (duvet and pillows) and 1 new set of linen, as well as one new set of towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel). The linen and towels are washed and the bed freshly made up once. For this service, we charge a flat rate fee of € 200.00/per person.
