Short profile of Hanau
With approx. 90,000 inhabitants, Hanau is the economic heart of the Main-Kinzig region. The accesses to the motorways A45, A66 and A3 are at a driving distance of approx. 5 minutes and take you in all directions. Thus, you can reach the city centre of Frankfurt/Main or the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Airport in about 30 minutes driving time. The main station of Hanau has an ICE connection and, for example, regular ICE connections to Berlin, as well as a suburban railway connection to Frankfurt/Main or Offenbach/Main every few minutes.

The rent is calculated for 1 person; for a second person, the flat rate for incidental expenses increases by € 50.00/month and, if applicable, the electricity flat rate increases by € 20.00 (i.e. optional electricity flat rate for two persons = € 60.00/month).

The apartment is furnished with a solid bed and firm high-quality mattress. Please bring along your own bedding and your own towels. Please bring along your own bedding and towels.
Optional service
If you wish, we can provide you with new bedding (duvet and pillows) and 1 new set of linen, as well as one new set of towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel). The linen and towels are washed and the bed freshly made up once. For this service, we charge a flat rate fee of € 200.00/per person.
